Hello! I'm Flavio Padula, your host for this holiday. I welcome you to my property, Villa Monti.

Villa Monti is located in Francavilla Fontana, a town just 3 km from the center. This 140 sqm villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, offering 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 4 bathrooms.

I have taken care of every detail to make your stay enjoyable: you will find a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in every room, a fan, TV, washing machine, a dedicated workspace, and even a crib for the little ones.

Outside, a large garden with spacious areas awaits you, where you can relax or have fun with the soccer field. The private swimming pool, 1.40 m deep, is exclusively at your disposal during the summer season, with no time restrictions.

To refresh yourself, there is an outdoor shower and, for your convivial moments, a private barbecue. You can also enjoy the view and the open air from the private balcony.

Your four-legged friends are welcome, and there is ample private parking for several cars. I only ask you to respect the fact that there are audio and video recording cameras in the outdoor areas and that parties or events are not allowed.

The location is strategic: both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts are only 25 km away, perfect for a trip to the sea or for exploring charming seaside towns.
